Fence Builders East Perth
East Perth is inner-city with river frontage. The best of both.
East Perth sits in a unique position — inner-city density, with river frontage and parklands that give it a different feel from suburbs further out. The architecture is a mix of heritage warehouses, converted terraces, and contemporary apartment builds, and the streetscapes are protected accordingly.
Fencing here requires attention to heritage considerations on front boundaries, and a coastal-aware approach for exposed boundaries near the river. Salt air reaches East Perth, particularly in the blocks nearest the foreshore.
We work across residential and light commercial fencing in East Perth — front boundary replacements, rear Colorbond, privacy screens, and insurance claims after storm damage.
