Fence Builders Nedlands
Nedlands is small and considered. The fencing should be too.
Nedlands is one of Perth's most exclusive suburbs — generous allotments, river frontage, and properties that sit at the upper end of Perth's real estate market. The fencing has to reflect that level of expectation.
The soil in Nedlands is good — workable sandy loam with decent drainage. Mature trees and established gardens are the main variable, requiring careful root zone assessment before any post goes in. We take that seriously.
We work across the full range of fencing in Nedlands — timber screens, Colorbond boundary fencing, heritage-appropriate front fences, and large gate installations.

What Nedlands Customers Say
Real feedback from local jobs.
"A full perimeter fence on a large property, coordinated around four mature trees and a landscaping project. Everything was handled professionally and the finish is excellent."
Nicholas G.
Broadway, Nedlands
"They phased the work around the landscapers without us having to manage the scheduling. That kind of coordination is exactly what a premium project needs."
Catherine P.
Stirling Rd, Nedlands
"Front fence looks original. The iron-look pickets and heritage latch look period-correct on a Federation house. We're delighted with it."
